Blueberry Oat Smoothie
Servings: 1 serving
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk or oat
- 1 frozen organic banana
- 1/2 cup organic blueberries
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp organic whole oats
- 2 tbsp raw cashews
Instructions
- Add milk and cinnamon to a blender then add frozen banana, blueberries, oats and cashews then blend until smooth.
