Blueberry Oat Smoothie

Servings: 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk or oat
  • 1 frozen organic banana
  • 1/2 cup organic blueberries
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp organic whole oats
  • 2 tbsp raw cashews

Instructions

  • Add milk and cinnamon to a blender then add frozen banana, blueberries, oats and cashews then blend until smooth.
