Helping women and families reduce their toxic load by making safer choices with the products they use, the food they eat and the lifestyle they live is my jam. As a practitioner and mom, I’m soo passionate about sharing the benefits of these little beauties.
I find so much joy in walking alongside each person through the process of learning how to incorporate essential oils into their daily health routine.
In my journey to becoming a Natural Health Practitioner I learned about essential oils but was skeptical. It wasn’t until I came across doTERRA – the purest, highest quality essential plant oils in the world that improved my skin, stress, hormones, energy and even digestion.
I began ditching toxic chemicals in personal care and my home cleaning products AND replacing them with toxin free pure plant essential oils – God’s gifts of the earth.
With the help of oregano, tea tree and frankincense, and a diet rich in real unprocessed foods, I was able to kill off a fungal yeast in my gut.
I detoxified my body with lemon in my water, used arborvitae, juniper berry and our Cleanse & Restore program to repair my gut and eliminate bloating. I managed my hormones and (mom + biz) stress with lavender, Adaptiv and copaiba and ditched the A.D.D. meds for peppermint and rosemary to help me focus on my business and self-growth.
After becoming a mom, I experienced first-hand how to support my daughter’s little baby body naturally with clove for newborn teething pains, tea tree to combat an ear infection, peppermint and lavender to regulate her fever and roman chamomile for restless nights.

So many incredible uses!
I’m so happy I was introduced to Doterra products. I enjoy using the essential oils for many uses. I diffuse at night when I sleep or anytime that I want a pleasant scent or just an uplifting feeling in my home. I especially like to diffuse lemon or peppermint when I’m cleaning. I feel that it adds a cleanliness to the air. I’ve been using an essential oil cleaning mix to clean my countertops as well. I’ve benefited from using essential oils when I’m not feeling well. Game changer for gut!
I have struggled with IBS and gut health issues for years. I tried elimination diets and cutting out gluten and dairy but I still seemed to have persisting stomach issues. What are essential oils?
Essential oils are nature’s defense for plant cells – pretty much the plant’s immune system.
The aromatic compounds are found in the seeds, bark, stems roots and petals of each plant. The essential oil is a highly concentrated version of its herbal counterpart ( 50-70x more powerful!) and that’s why you only need 1-2 drops (a bottle of essential oil can go a long way)!
Why should we use essential oils?
Oils work at a cellular level getting to the root of the issue. They are easily absorbed through the skin and are quick and effective. Our body is comprised of carbon and so are essential oils. Therefore, when we ingest or topically use an essential oil, our bodies know exactly what to do with it – super cool! The essential oils are able to move freely inside and outside of the cells, unlike synthetic materials.

Are essential oils more effective than antibiotics? OTC antibiotics are water soluble which means they can’t access our cells directly and we have to take them more often to get through the cell membrane and kill the virus. Will I have to order products monthly?

What if I have no idea how to use essential oils?

Why is doTERRA an MLM or network marketing company?
This is just a business model/structure and has such a bad sigma so let’s change that now! What it comes down to is doTERRA pays their reps (me!) commissions based on referrals, versus using regular marketing dollars for paid advertising. As a rep, we show our customers how to use oils and provide education and resources.
