Shredded Chicken in Crockpot
Servings: 4 cups
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts
- 3/4 cup water or broth
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- In your crockpot, layer the chicken breasts and try not to pile them on top of eachother.
- Add water and salt/black pepper.
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
- When chicken Is cooked to an internal temp of 165 degrees – shred with forks, your hands with kitchen gloves or a hand mixer.
