Shredded Chicken in Crockpot

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts
  • 3/4 cup water or broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • In your crockpot, layer the chicken breasts and try not to pile them on top of eachother.
  • Add water and salt/black pepper.
  • Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
  • When chicken Is cooked to an internal temp of 165 degrees – shred with forks, your hands with kitchen gloves or a hand mixer.
