chicken breasts

water
or broth
1/4
teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
pepper
Instructions
In your crockpot, layer the chicken breasts and try not to pile them on top of eachother.
Add water and salt/black pepper.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
When chicken Is cooked to an internal temp of 165 degrees – shred with forks, your hands with kitchen gloves or a hand mixer.
