Dairy Free Strawberry Yogurt Pops
Ingredients
- 2 cups vanilla cashew yogurt
- 2 cups organic fresh strawberries
- 3 tbsp maple syrup or monk fruit syrup
- dash salt
- 2-3 extra strawberries diced
Instructions
- In a high speed blender, I use a vitamix, place 1 cup strawberries, yogurt, syrup of choice and salt and blend for about 1 minute until smooth.
- Place diced strawberry pieces in the popsicle molds. Fill each mold 3/4 way full with yogurt mixture and place in freezer for 4-6 hours.
- Enjoy!
