Dairy Free Strawberry Yogurt Pops
Ingredients
2
cups
vanilla cashew yogurt
2
cups
organic fresh strawberries
3
tbsp
maple syrup or monk fruit syrup
dash salt
2-3
extra strawberries
diced
Instructions
In a high speed blender, I use a vitamix, place 1 cup strawberries, yogurt, syrup of choice and salt and blend for about 1 minute until smooth.
Place diced strawberry pieces in the popsicle molds. Fill each mold 3/4 way full with yogurt mixture and place in freezer for 4-6 hours.
