5 Minute Mango Salsa
Servings: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 2 c. tomatoes diced
- 1/2 c. mango peeled & diced
- 1/2 c. red pepper diced
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp ACV
- 1 tsp stevia optional
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 garlic minced
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together
- Serve with fish, chicken or as a dip!
