Before I learned about therapeutic grade essential oils I feared using them on my babe because I was always weary of “what they were” or ” their purity”. It wasn’t until I came across Doterra that I put trust in a brand knowing they are safe and highest quality for the entire fam!
Ava just turned 1 year old last week *insert tears* so I like to add about 5 drops of the essential oil in a 10 ml roller bottle and top off with Fractionated Coconut Oil. It is just enough.

But either way I wanted to nip that in the butt real quick! So since my discovery of Doterra I found that a combo of the Frankincense EO and Lime EO are an excellent expectorant!
Here’s what I did
Add to 10 ML roller bottle:
3 drops Frankincense
2 drops Lime
Fill remainder of bottle with fractionated coconut oil.
Shake to mix. Apply to the bottom of her feet (soles) and put on socks. I did this 1-2x a day for a 5 days and she was all cleared up in no time 😊
