Coconut Yogurt Strawberry Parfaits
Servings: 4 servings
- 3 cups unsweetened coconut yogurt
- 4 tbsp almond butter
- 8 oz organic strawberries sliced
- 4 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp sliced almonds
- Add about 6 tbsp of yogurt to 4 small glasses. Top with 1 tbsp almond or cashew butter.
- Slice strawberries and layer half of strawberries into each jar. Drizzle honey on top.
- Repeat steps 1-2 with the same layering system. Top each jar with 1 tbsp sliced almonds.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
