Coconut Yogurt Strawberry Parfaits

Servings: 4 servings


  • 3 cups unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 4 tbsp almond butter
  • 8 oz organic strawberries sliced
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp sliced almonds


  • Add about 6 tbsp of yogurt to 4 small glasses. Top with 1 tbsp almond or cashew butter.
  • Slice strawberries and layer half of strawberries into each jar. Drizzle honey on top.
  • Repeat steps 1-2 with the same layering system. Top each jar with 1 tbsp sliced almonds.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
