Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

  • High Speed Blender


  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1-2 tbsp flax and/or chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp hemp seeds or protein powder
  • 1-2 tbsp water
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla


  • Add to blender and blend until smooth. Pour in a bowl and add toppings of choice. Nut butter, coconut, berries, fruit, seeds, granola, nuts, syrup.
