Anti-Inflammatory Granola
Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten free organic oats
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup coconut oil room temperature
- 5-10 drops stevia
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F
- In a bowl mix together all the ingredients then spread on a baking sheet and toast for 60-70 minutes.
- Add to a bowl of coconut milk or add to your favorite yogurt!
