Cook the rice or quinoa according to package directions
Heat pan over medium high heat and spray with avocado oil.
Add ground beef to the pan and cook until browned.
Season beef with seasonings (paprika, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Set beef aside.
In a pan add the bell pepper and onion and sauté for 5 minutes until tender.
Divide up in 4 bowls. Start with the 1/4 cup of rice/quinoa. Add cooked beef, sauteed veggies, black beans and lettuce.
Top with avocado slices, salsa and a drizzle of coconut aminos.
