Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Grease a 9x5 loaf pan.
Melt oil in a saute pan. Cook onion for about 5 minutes until soft, stirring occasionally. Add garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
Place the cooked onion and garlic in a large bowl to cool for 5 minutes.
To the bowl with onion mixture, add turkey, breadcrumbs, flax, egg, aminos, ketchup, and salt and pepper. Mix until well combined (option to use hands).
Transfer the mixture to a glass loaf baking dish, pressing gently until the loaf is formed.
Bake for 50-55 minutes or until cooked completely through.
Slice and serve with sauteed veggies!
Notes
** Sub ground turkey for 1/2 lb ground beef and 1/2 lb pork if desired.
