Apple Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond or coconut milk
  • 1 apple peeled and shredded or finely diced
  • ½ cup plain yogurt cashew/coconut non dairy
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts optional
  • 1 scoop Truvani protein powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • pinch sea salt

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a jar and mix well to combine. Alternatively, you can mix in a medium size bowl and transfer to individual 6-8 oz jars with lids. Place in the refrigerator overnight to set.
