Apple Overnight Oats

Ingredients

gluten free rolled oats

almond or coconut milk

apple
peeled and shredded or finely diced

plain yogurt
cashew/coconut non dairy

cup
chopped walnuts
optional

scoop Truvani protein powder

tbsp
chia seeds

tbsp
vanilla extract

ground cinnamon
pinch
sea salt
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a jar and mix well to combine. Alternatively, you can mix in a medium size bowl and transfer to individual 6-8 oz jars with lids. Place in the refrigerator overnight to set.
