Lemon Tahini and Coconut Power Balls

Materials

  • 1 cup medjool dates
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cup flaxseed meal
  • 1/4 cup organic tahini
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 5 drops doterra lemon essential oil

Instructions

  • Using a food processor, process the dates until they form a paste. Add coconut and flax meal and process until fine crumbs form. Add the tahini, coconut oil and lemon essential oil and process until well combined. The mixture should be sticky! If its not, add more coconut oil. If its too sticky, add more coconut.
  • Roll mixture into tablespoon sized balls and roll in coconut to coat well. Set aside in fridge for atleast 30 minutes to set.
  • Serve cool.
