Easy Homemade Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 2 garlic cloves peeled
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • ΒΌ cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • pinch sea salt
  • any other herbs/spices of choice

Instructions

  • Simply place all ingredients into a food processor, or a high speed blender, and blend until smooth.
  • This is a basic recipe, so add in any herbs and spices to adjust the taste to your liking
