unsweetened non dairy yogurt

ground cinnamon

honey or monk fruit maple syrup

organic apple
cored and cut into wedges

organic strawberries
Instructions
Mix yogurt, cinnamon and honey or maple syrup together in a bowl.
Serve with apple wedges and sliced strawberries.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
