DIY Refined Sugar Free Lemonade


Ingredients 
  • 3-4 lemons or limes (peeled, and sliced into wedges)
  • 4-5 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 cups filtered water
  • Ice

Ingredients 

  1. To a Vitamix or high speed blender, add 1 cup of lemons, water and top with 1 cup of ice.

  2. Blend until combined. Over a container, pour liquid into a strainer bag to strain out the lemon pieces and discard.
  3. Transfer the liquid to glasses and enjoy!
