Roasted Cranberry Sauce

Roasted Cranberry Sauce Recipe 


  • 1 lb organic cranberries (fresh, or frozen (do not thaw))
  • 6 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp orange zest
  • Juice from 1 organic orange
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  1. Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 13x9 baking dish.

  2. Add the cranberries, maple syrup, orange zest, juice and salt a bowl and mix until combined.

  3. Transfer to the baking dish and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes until the juices start to thicken. Stirring occasionally.
