To make:
▪️ 7 oz organic firm tofu
▪️ 1/2 cup frozen organic berries
▪ 1/4 cup coconut milk
▪️ 1/2 a banana
Add all ingredients to a blender + blend until smooth.
Toppings of choice (I used hemp seeds, granola, bananas + a sprinkle of monk fruit for extra sweetness!)

- 4 oz organic firm tofu (drained)
- 1/2 cup organic frozen strawberries
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth
