Lemon Raspberry Frozen Yogurt
- 1 cup plain unsweetened coconut yogurt
- 12 oz organic frozen raspberries
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp fresh lemon zest
- 3 tbsp honey or Monk fruit maple syrup
- To a blender add all the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately and store in freezer for 1-2 hours.
