Lemon Raspberry Frozen Yogurt

  • 1 cup plain unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 12 oz organic frozen raspberries
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon zest
  • 3 tbsp honey or Monk fruit maple syrup


  • To a blender add all the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately and store in freezer for 1-2 hours.
