Avocado Chocolate Frosting
Servings: 2 cups
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup unsweetened dark cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil melted for silkier texture
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Add avocado to a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend again until smooth consistency. Scrape down sides if needed.
- Use immediately or store in fridge for up to a week in a sealed glass container.
