Cashew Cream Cheese Frosting


  • 1 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla


  • Soak cashews in water overnight or for 4 hours.
  • Drain cashews then add to a high speed blender or food processor with rest of ingredients. Blend on high until smooth and silky. Add more vinegar or maple syrup to taste.
  • Pour into a mixing bowl and chill in refrigerator for 1 hour. Frosting will harden but will soften at room temperature. If you prefer fluffy frosting, whisk or use a hand mixer to fluff up.
