Dairy Free Cauliflower Tots

Ingredients

  • 2 cups grated cauliflower
  • 3 tbsp gluten free flour
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
  • Grate cauliflower on large holes of a grater or in a food processor.
  • Press mixture together and make little oval or round shapes. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  • If you want some crispier tots, broil for an extra 2 minutes.
