Dairy Free Cauliflower Tots
- 2 cups grated cauliflower
- 3 tbsp gluten free flour
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
- Grate cauliflower on large holes of a grater or in a food processor.
- Press mixture together and make little oval or round shapes. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- If you want some crispier tots, broil for an extra 2 minutes.
