Instant Pot Spaghetti Squash

- 1 spaghetti squash
- 1 cup water
- salt and pepper optional
- Add the trivet to the IP
- Cut squash in half width-wise and scoop out the seeds. Place halves on the trivet.
- Add water. Put the lid on and set valve to seal. Set to pressure cook for 4-5 minutes
- Take squash halves out and turn the open halves face up to cool.
- Once cool, scrape the spaghetti like strands with a fork.
