Lemon Turmeric Gut Refresher

Ingredients

  • 16 oz seltzer/sparkling water
  • 1/2 inch fresh turmeric root grated
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger root grated
  • 1/2 organic lemon juiced
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • pinch cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined.
  • Strain through a cheesecloth or mesh strainer.
  • Pout the juice into a glass and enjoy!
