Roasted Cranberry Sauce
Servings: 8 servings
- 1 lb organic cranberries fresh, or frozen (do not thaw)
- 6 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp orange zest
- Juice from 1 organic orange
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Preaheat oven to 350 and grease a 13×9 baking dish.
- Add the cranberries, shallots, maple syrup, orange zest, juice and salt a bowl and mix until combined.
- Transfer to the baking dish and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes until the juices start to thicken. Stirring occasionally.
