Roasted Cranberry Sauce

  • 1 lb organic cranberries fresh, or frozen (do not thaw)
  • 6 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp orange zest
  • Juice from 1 organic orange
  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • Preaheat oven to 350 and grease a 13×9 baking dish.
  • Add the cranberries, shallots, maple syrup, orange zest, juice and salt a bowl and mix until combined.
  • Transfer to the baking dish and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes until the juices start to thicken. Stirring occasionally.
