This is like the anti-aging, good for you oatmeal bowl and can you guess what the secret ingredient is? Well it’s found in the heading 😉

Collagen!

This is an easy collagen recipe and can be readyin just under 15 minutes.

As one of my favorite trusted and sustainably sourced brands, I added 1 heaping scoop of Truvani Wild Caught Marine Collagen

Why Truvani Collagen?

This collagen consists of: Collagen Type 1 & 3 which comes from wild-caught fish from the waters surrounding Iceland as well as the North Sea, the Norwegian Sea, and other cold, Northern waters. Collagen Type 2 comes from wild-caught fish off the coast of France.

Isn’t it fun knowing where your food comes from!

By nature, this marine collagen is
-GLUTEN FREE
-SOY FREE
-DAIRY FREE
-VEGAN
-NON GMO

There is actually 11g of protein per scoop so imagine how balanced this easy collagen recipe is!

The reason why I added collagen to this bowl is to promote vibrant skin and elasticity as well a hydration for the skin and hair (especially during these hot summer months!)

Truvani Wild Caught Marine Collagen also supports healthy bones, joints, brittle fingernails and promotes lean muscle mass (when combined with resistance exercise). It turns out, the collagen in the skin of fish is very similar to the collagen in the human body. So cool!

Speaking of, I’m sure you have heard of mercury-contaminated fish before. It’s a serious concern and that’s why I love Truvani because this company goes through third party testing to ensure their products are safe and contains no harmful contaminants.

Aside from that, this vanilla oatmeal chai bowl is simply irresistible and is loaded with fiber, protein, and a hint of sweetness. This is such a simple and easy collagen recipe
